Remove a bot and end the session

A bot leaves between games, and the session ends when you close it.

1. A bot in a running game cannot be removed. To end this game, double the team.

2. Both pass, and the game is over.

3. Remove takes a player out of the session, as if they had left. Between games a bot can go.

4. You end the session when you close it.
